The Committee includes 09 members (including the Chairman and the Secretary). There are 7 permanent members and 2 non-permanent members.

• An expert in research administration at university and in scientometrics and research administration policies.

• Have worked as a head of a department of research administration at university for at least 05 years, served/coordinated a research ethics committee for at least 05 years, and operated/managed an international scientific journal (especially WoS/Scopus one).

• Has outstanding research achievements and is a highly ranked expert according to VLU's the expert ranking, experience in managing scientific research at university-level institute, and good knowledge of research administration.

• Has been honored for scientific research achievements, both domestically and/or internationally, experience leading international scientific journals, and used to be a member of the editorial board of a WoS/Scopus journal ranked by VLU. Two representatives from the fields of technology and social sciences, respectively.

• Have good research records and/or good knowledge of research directions in the field and research administration, are (vice) deans of faculties.
  

• Two representatives from the fields of technology and social sciences, respectively.

• An expert in civil law, intellectual property law, science and technology law.

• Head of Department of Academic Affairs or Student Support Center.

• A manager of the research management department.
